How is the maintenance and repair of the core cutting machine carried out?

1.Maintenance and repair of the mechanical part of the core cutting machine 
Clean the dust and dirt inside the machine once a week. All electrical cabinets should be tightly closed to prevent dust from entering. 
Each guide rail should be cleaned frequently to remove dust and other debris. The rack should be wiped regularly and lubricated to ensure smooth operation without any obstructions. 
Regularly check the straightness of the tracks and the verticality of the machines. Address any abnormalities promptly for maintenance and adjustment. 
2. Maintenance and repair of the gas path system of the core cutting machine 
(1) Maintenance of the gas path system: Regularly inspect the gas path system. If any leakage or malfunctioning components are found, they should be dealt with promptly to ensure smooth gas flow. The gas path should be frequently wiped to remove dust and debris, and to prevent premature aging of the gas path. 
(2) Maintenance of the pressure reducing valve. Adjust the pressure reducing device, set the pressure gauge to the required pressure, and during the adjustment process, gradually increase the pressure from low to high to ensure that the pressure reducing device can be continuously adjusted. If the continuous adjustment is not possible or gas leaks from the safety valve, a new pressure reducing device must be replaced. Self-assembly of the components of the gas pressure reducing device will cause equipment damage and even serious personal injury. 
(3) Maintenance of the flashback preventer for the cutting torch nozzle 
The cutting torch is an industrial torch produced by a professional manufacturer. Due to long-term use, the sealing surface of the torch has been damaged, resulting in poor sealing with the cutting nozzle. It must be repaired with special tools. The torch also uses a standard quick-type cutting nozzle produced by a professional manufacturer. For new cutting nozzles, they must be inspected and qualified before use. If the cutting nozzle is contaminated, it needs to be cleaned using special tools, including preheating flame holes and cutting oxygen channels. 
(4) The fire suppression device is an essential safety component. According to the requirements of the safety department, the fire suppression device must not be disassembled without authorization. Therefore, if the fire suppression device experiences gas blockage or leakage after long-term use and fails to meet the gas flow requirements, it is necessary to have a professional replace it.
