1、 At present, the iron core processing in the country is still in the mode of manual punching, with low production efficiency, high cost, insufficient precision of processed products, high scrap rate, and significant resource loss. The emergence of CNC cross cutting machines has broken this traditional processing mode, improving production efficiency and reducing investment costs. More importantly, its appearance has greatly improved the utilization rate of resources such as silicon steel and silicon steel, making outstanding contributions.
2、 According to the import and export data of our machine tools in recent years, the export of ordinary machine tools in China has shown a downward trend compared to before. However, at the same time, the export volume of CNC machine tools in China has shown a considerable upward trend. The international machine tool industry also focuses on CNC machine tools as its main products. For China, the products with the largest export value of CNC machine tools include CNC lathes, CNC special processing machine tools, CNC forming and bending machines, CNC grinders, CNC shearing machines, CNC die-casting machines, silicon steel sheet cutting lines, etc. In recent years, CNC machine tools have also reached a historical high, but China's CNC machine tool exports are still mainly low-end machine tools, and a large number of specialized CNC machine tools are still relatively scarce for China's exports.
